4. Fees and Payment

Client Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your existing intellectual property.
Content Ownership
Ownership of content created specifically for you as part of the services will be determined as agreed upon in the separate agreement, proposal, or SOW. Generally, once paid for, you will own the content created for you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
UIO provides the services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
UIO does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the services, as these can be influenced by various factors beyond UIO's control, such as market conditions, competition, and changes in search engine algorithms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UIO's liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services will be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to UIO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
UIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.
